TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WARLORD MEDAL POINTS
  • Points expire 12 months after the last order placed on the same account.
  • Points allocated remain pending for 14 days from allocation and then become active.
  • Only active points can be used to redeem offers.
  • Offers can only be redeemed as part of an accompanying order.
  • Multiple models can be redeemed from rewards in a single order with a sufficient number of active points, however each reward model can only be redeemed once per redemption transaction.
  • Points are only allocated to customers who are actively enrolled in the loyalty scheme, and not for orders placed before enrolment.
  • Only one voucher or discount code can be used per order.
  • Medals vouchers and offers may not stack with other offers and deals on the web store.
  • The discounted value from Medals vouchers will not count towards the free shipping threshold.
  • Warlord medals are not permitted be used on trade discount accounts.
