Please note that all orders placed through the Warlord webstore are shipped from our warehouse, located in Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Once you have placed your order, on average it takes 2-3 working days to prepare, pack and leave our warehouse, but please be aware that it may take longer.
'Made to Order' items are not always kept in stock; they tend to take a little longer as they need to be cast by our expert team.
At extremely busy times it can take up to 10 working days for orders to leave our warehouse, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Minimum Order value (EU Customers only)
Due to the recent significant increases in shipping fares imposed by shipping service suppliers, we had to set a minimum order value for all orders placed to be shipped to Europe. The minimum order values are €50.00 or the equivalent in local currency applying our currency conversion rates.
When you place an order and check out, you will be given a choice of Standard or Courier service for UK destinations.
Standard Service for UK destinations is Royal Mail Standard Service, for any other country is UPS.
We are not offering alternative shipping options for destinations outside of the UK, only Courier (this would be, at our discretion, either UPS, FedEx or Royal Mail International Signed For).
Standard Service: Royal Mail Standard
Royal Mail Shipping Standard is the method that is set as default during the check-out process for any destination within the UK.
This method takes 2-4 working days to deliver in the UK and parcels sent with this method cannot be tracked. Delays on the average delivery times may happen and, following Royal Mail guidelines, we would wait 15 working days from the time of shipping before considering a parcel lost.
At our discretion and at no additional charges, orders sent with this method may have to be split in multiple parcels or upgraded to UPS courier, depending on weight and/or dimensions.
We do not offer Royal Mail standard shipping option online anymore for any destination outside of the UK, but if you wish your parcel to be sent via Royal Mail instead of UPS, please place the order through our Customer Service department by contacting us via e-mail at email@example.com or via phone 0044 115 9784495; please be aware that we are not able to guarantee that a shipping method would be amended, if requested once the order is already placed online.
We use UPS, FedEx or Royal Mail ISF as our Courier Service option in the UK and these are the shipping methods to ship everywhere outside the UK.
This method takes 1-2 working days shipping time for destinations within the UK and 2-7 working days for destinations outside of the UK; parcels sent with this method are trackable.
By providing a mobile number during the checkout process, UPS and FedEx will send an automatic message with the tracking number for the parcel.
Please be aware that unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for deliveries to PO Boxes and, regardless of the value of the order or the shipping method originally selected, we will have to use Royal Airmail Standard in these cases, possibly splitting the order in multiple parcels. We will not be able to provide refunds on shipping charges applied on orders in these cases.
Spray Cans and exceptional items
Regulations currently prevent us from shipping pressurised containers by air, so at present we are unable to ship spray cans outside of UK and Europe. Because Royal Mail does not accept spray cans, all orders containing spray cans will be sent by Courier Delivery by default (UPS or FedEx) and will be charged regardless of the size of the order.
Please be aware that also for a small number of products in our web store – like for example some of the gaming playmats – we have to apply restrictions on the type of shipping method available and/or destinations: we provide notice in these cases on the specific products pages.
Shipping delays with Royal Mail Standard method to the UK
UK customers should receive their orders sent via Royal Mail, on average, within 2-4 working days of dispatch date. Royal Mail states they would deliver within 15 working days before considering a parcel lost but in the vast majority of cases it is much quicker than that (please let us know if it ever takes longer so we can soundly thrash the postie!).
Shipping delays with Royal Mail Standard method outside the UK
If you have specifically requested Royal Mail Shipping or if you have set a PO box delivery address, we would send your parcel via Royal Mail Standard shipping.
Parcels sent with this method are not trackable.
European customers on average receive their parcels within 9 working days and Rest of the World customers within 15 working days. Royal Mail states that in case of local delays or longer Custom processes parcels are delivered within 28 working days; after such a deadline the parcel should be considered lost.
Please be aware that this shipping method would still be charged as the Courier method, if the order value would be lower than the threshold for free Courier Shipping (when applied).
Courier shipping charges for orders to be shipped outside of the UK
For orders to be shipped outside of the UK the courier shipping will be charged, however, with the aim at off-setting this cost for customers, we are offering a free product from our range, to be selected from this collection.
Orders placed with pre-order items included will be held until the scheduled shipping date of the pre-order item. If you want your other products earlier please place a separate order so we can ensure you get your goodies as early as possible!
Custom charges may apply when shipping outside of the UK.
Orders may require you to pay import charges and brokerage/administrative fees – these are solely the responsibility of the customer.
VAT value and handling fees for parcels to European destinations
We are now offering a DDP service (Delivery Duties Paid) to all customers in the EU (European Union).
This means that no VAT value and no handling fees for VAT value charged will be demanded to customers at delivery, because we already took care of them.
Please be aware that DDP service would not cover for additional fees or charges - other than VAT - that the local custom regulations would decide to apply on the goods - these are solely the responsibility of the customer.
DDP service would not be applied on shipments with a PO Box destination or sent via Royal Mail: in these cases Duties and Handling fees will likely be requested at the time of delivery and these are solely the responsibility of the customer.
DDP service is not available for Stockists customers who place their online orders using their special and personal discount code; these parcels would be sent only via DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Placing orders with Greece as destination
Given the very high costs imposed by our delivery services on shipments to this country, we sadly had to temporarily suspend shipping to Greece until we are able to find an alternative financially sustainable solution.
This said, if customers would accept for their order to be shipped without DDP service that we provide for the rest of EU destinations, by contacting our Customer Service team directly, we would be able to receive the order and have it shipped to Greece.
